Working in lockstep with elite enterprise technology and legal partners, the PCS Board has mapped a multi-year execution strategy divided into three distinct, milestone-driven phases.

9.1 Phase 1: The Capital Engine & Foundation (Fundraising & Launch)

The objective of Phase 1 is to establish unshakeable institutional trust, deploy the $PCS utility token, and secure the operational war chest.

9.2 Phase 2: Estate Construction & RWA Platform Deployment

Triggered immediately upon the successful capitalization of Phase 1, this phase bridges the physical and digital worlds.

• The Vienna Estate Groundbreaking: Capital is deployed to commence the architectural renovation of the Vienna Castle grounds, constructing the climate-controlled Glass Vault, the high-security museum, and the luxury Tier 3 member suites.
• Genesis Asset Acquisition: The PCS Acquisition Committee executes the purchase of the “Genesis Collection”—the first 3 to 5 historically significant hypercars.
