Operating from his Estate in Vienna, Franz heads the Acquisition Committee. His unparalleled network provides PCS with exclusive access to off-market “whisper” sales, ensuring the Society secures the rarest vehicles globally before they reach public auction houses. Under his stewardship, PCS is not merely an investment platform, but a curated preservation of automotive history.
